Absolutely amazing experience- I decided to hunt for a place that was close to home but also had high expectations that I wanted to not waste time. So many places around who don’t do tattoo removal correctly and you just end up wasting hard earned money on it! I had been looking for laser tattoo removal for years. So glad I found somewhere that made the process feel easy and put my mind at ease. When I called there was no answer however I left a message and was called back the same day. Super friendly service. During the appointment the technician explained each step which was calming. They said I could always call with any concerns or questions I had. Definitely recommend

I've not been in the store but I've purchased from their online shop, and both experiences have been fantastic. It's easy to navigate and they post items really quickly. Plus, the tattoo numbing cream they sell works really well and it got me through the second session on my sternum after session one without it was borderline unbearable 😃

Ink anxiety has the most amazing customer service. A mistake was made with my order and it was rectified immediately and was given extra goodies to make up for it. Erin was very informative to help ensure I understood everything about the process before, during & after and gave me realistic expectations about what to expect & how long it may take to remove.It hurt no where near as bad as I expected and I’ve barely noticed anything other then a little itchy from time to time.Highly recommend! Erin was great at explaining everything in detail and put my nerves at ease.Procedure def doesn't tickle but it was done as quickly and professionally as possible, but there's also option for numbing cream.Lucky find through a Google search, would definitely recommend, you'll be in good hands here.

Thanks Erin for making my first treatment a very comfortable and pleasant experience! My nerves were sky high but as soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. I also appreciate the way that the different treatments were explained every step of the way and that I was allowed to take a break at any time. I felt like I was in good hands from the start of the treatment til the end. I can already see results after the first so looking forward to my next session.
